GENERAL POLICIES:
- Check out time is 11:00 AM: If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office.
All attempts will be made to accommodate your request. Management has the right to refuse occupancy.
- For Daily and Weekly rentals, electricity, water, sewer
and cable TV will be included in your payment. Quite hours
are 10PM to 7AM. Please respect your neighbors.
- Bathrooms and Laundry facilities are for registered
guests only, unless arrangements are made otherwise. Please
notify our staff if any of our facilities need attention.
- All children under 16 must be supervised by their
Parents. No Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are allowed in
the laundry or restroom areas. No open fires are allowed in
the park unless authorized by management and only in
designated areas.
- PETS: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at
all times. Please pick up after they do their business.
- VEHICLE POLICIES: Only Modern self-contained RVs are
allowed in the park. Large trucks are not allowed in the
park.
- SPEED LIMIT: 5MPH. Please observe the posted speed
limit.
- PARKING: No parking is allowed on grass, streets or
empty RV spaces. No auto repair (oil changes, etc) is
allowed in the park.
- Sewer connections must be water tight and park approved
to comply with Oregon Health Codes. Water pressure
regulators are recommended by management. RV pads must be
kept clear of clutter and junk.
- Please respect other campers by not walking through
their site.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY
FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSS OF PROPERTY INCLUDING THEFT, FIRE, FLOODS
OR ACTS OF GOD.
